I don't quite know what inspired this. I was up last night watching random 80s cartoons like Jem and today I just felt like trying my hand at this. Plus I've been watching too much L.A. Ink and Pixie is just my favorite person on there, and she has a Care Bear tattoo. So blame her.

Spoilers: Only for flashbacks that have taken place on Angel and Buffy. Think Fool for Love and Destiny. Nothing too specific though since this is completely an alternate universe.
Summary: A Watcher’s obsession leads her down a dark path.
Distribution: Red’s Soulmates, Near Her Always, anyone want, just ask.
Disclaimer: I own nothing, don’t sue, I have no money to give you anyways.
Author’s Notes: This is something different, and takes place in the 1800s, which I am no expert in. I have no doubt I’ll make some flubs, but bear with me.

So I, like a crazy person, decided to sign up for NaNoWriMo this year. I hadn't planned on it, but then today I just got this idea in my head that demanded to be written. Since it's rare for me to have an original thought in my head (or at least semi-original since there are no more original ideas) I decided to go ahead and give it a shot.
This month will be crazy and I may not finish since there is a ton of other stuff that has to get done, but I felt like trying. This is my first year participating so who knows? I just might surprise myself.
I'm thinking about making filtered posts regarding NaNoWriMo, with chapters or exerpts from my story included, so if you'd like to be included let me know. I'll need all kinds of encouragement, I just know it. My best attempt at summarizing the genre would be that there will be a focus on the supernatural (vampires, what a surprise ;) with a dash of romance. Not too fluffy, not too dark. And thank god nothing like Anne Rice.
And in other news, I won stuff again. Thanks to everyone who voted :D

- The first trailer for P.S. I Love You, featuring Jeffery Dean Morgan and (if you pay really close attention you can spot him) James Marsters is up. It looks like it will be a pretty cute movie. I'm definitely going to have to go check it out.
- I had the most random fic idea to write a little drabble or something about Anya's reaction to watching Monty Python and The Holy Grail and the ferocious bunny scene. I haven't gotten around to trying to write it but I have that idea just stuck in my head for some reason.

James Marsters will be in the first episode of the new season of Without A Trace, and more later of course but I haven't seen those dates released yet. It airs on September 27th.
Plus there's a cool little article from Entertainment Weekly here. Personally, I love that he's addicted to watching the Discovery Times and Discovery Science channels. I always feel like such a nerd for loving those channels so now I feel a smidgen cooler ;)

This my entry for the Fluff-a-thon 2007. I barely got it done by the deadline because I scrapped my original idea and had to start over. Now I don't usually do fluff so this was a challenge in every sense of the word. Be kind ;) As well, it is late and this is unbetaed. Any glaring errors are unforunately all me.
