Veronica Mars just ripped out my heart and did the Mexican hat dance on it. Seriously. I'm so depressed now I can't even get excited about the rest of the season. Bad Rob Thomas! For shame!

They can't kill Lamb. They just can't. I'm pretending like it never happened.

And his last words were "I smell bread" *facepalm*. I get it, there's this whole religious quote/story that goes along with that quote (about a soldier I believe) but still. That alone is a reason they shouldn't have killed him. I mean, he wasn't just a funny character, but he was a character with depth they barely attempted to explore. They touched on it when he confronted Meg's abusive father, and now with the quote, but that's it. A huge injustice was done with him. Extremely and horribly disappointing.

And Richard Grieco? Seriously? That schmuck killed him? Ugh.

Keith as Sheriff doesn't make me that happy. I liked him as a P.I. He could follow his own rules, his own code. He and Lamb were good adversaries. Now what? What happens to Mars Investigations?

Plus the very thought of a Parker/Logan hookup has me nauseous. There are some places you don't go, you know? You don't hookup with your friend's ex, especially not after a long relationship and a messy breakup like that.

I suddenly fear all my hope is lost when it comes to this show.

Good holy hell.

They killed Lamb?

He . . . damn it. I really liked his character. Like a lot.

Thank goodness for fanfic.

At this point he was my favorite character on the whole show. I hate that they actually made him a series regular, barely used him, and then killed him. And Michael Muhney is just such a lovable actor. I'm so disappointed we won't get to see more of him on VM :(

And on a sidenote, *hugs*. It's been forever since I've had the chance to talk to you. I hope things are going well with you, sweetie. :)

WORD.
This is like the summed up version of the (ridiculously) long rant I posted in my journal. This whole thing really pissed me off and bummed me out.

One thing though -

There are some places you don't go, you know? You don't hookup with your friend's ex, especially not after a long relationship and a messy breakup like that.

You know, I pretty much feel the same way, and it's one of the reasons why I don't want Logan and Parker to hook up, BUT...when you think about it, isn't that exactly what Logan did in Veronica's case? She was his friend's ex, and he and Duncan were much closer compared to Parker and Veronica...

That's true. But it's a little different because at the time Duncan had basically cast her off and even though he really did still love her, he was basically ignoring her all the time. Plus he moved on with Meg.

My main problem with Parker and Logan is that it is so soon after the LoVe breakup, not to mention they both still love each other and everyone knows it. You would just think that Parker would respect Veronica's friendship enough to even just wait awhile before trying to jump Logan.
