Checked my e-mail this morning and found out that In Exile (my Buffy/Stargate crossover) got nominated for Best Unique Universe at the Fang Fetish Awards. Sadly, I know I don't have a chance in hell of actually winning, but still, it was a nice way to start the day. Plus I turned on the tv and the remake of The Fog was on. While that movie (at least to me) is mindnumdingly boring, at least there's pretty Tom Welling to stare at...

And on a completely different note, they are reporting that the Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin died, which has me seriously bummed out. I just sort of can't believe it, I've watched him for what feels like forever, my mother just adores him, and he seemed like such a nice, genuinely cool guy. And his poor family. Too sad.
