I like the drugs and the drugs like me

A sudden inspiration caused me to change my lj banner (yet again) to a Darla/Angelus one which I actually really like. I found this line that Darla said, something like "No matter how good a boy you are, God doesn't want you...but I still do." I loved that line, so I had to make this banner. What do y'all think?

I'm sitting here with gauze stuffed into my mouth, waiting patiently (or not so patiently) for the wonderful pain meds to kick in and knock me out. I had my top wisdom teeth taken out today, which surprisingly wasn't so bad. They were running a bit late so the doc's assistant prepped me and we chatted for awhile. She was really nice and got my mind on other things, which was nice. Then the doc came in, put the IV in and next thing I know the lights on the ceiling are getting hazy, I felt like I blinked, and then I was being told how well I did. All I could think was "It's over?". But she said I was an easy patient and everything should heal fine, so that's good. I don't even feel that bad, thankfully. Just a teensy bit sore and hungry since I haven't been able to eat all day, but not nearly as horrible as I thought it would be. 

And now all that's left to do is to wait for the drowsiness to kick in so I can pass out for awhile. Until then I'm content to watch Charlie and the Chocolate Factory with Johnny Depp. At least I have eye candy. Vaguely creepy eye candy, but I'll take what I can get.
