It is 7 a.m. I've been awake since 6:30 a.m. After falling asleep at 3:30 a.m. Why? Because I have to dog sit today. Until about 5 p.m. Kill me please, just put me out of my misery. I'm sooo tired, my head is killing me, my eyes are painfully dry, and the thermostat in the house is already at 77degrees, which isn't a good sign. If it is in the 100s today, I'm going to hurt the weatherman. He promised high 80s, low 90s.
Last night, I actually figured out what I am going to do with Falling Backwards, including the end. This is, of course, after I declared I was taking a hiatus from writing. My muse enjoys the irony. I was hoping to get some writing done today but I doubt I will. In the state I'm in I'm afraid it will be chock full of typos.
On a completely separate note, I changed my lj layout. Which leads me to reason #465 why lj drives me crazy. I do all this work to customize this layout and it gets all funky because I had a plus account (which includes ads) and since they won't let you change where the ads go when you use S1, they cause all kinds of formatting problems. So to get past it I had to reduce my account to basic. Losing the voice post option and polling option doesn't really matter to me, but it cut my userpics by over half and that just sucks. I'l probably end up changing my layout yet again to the old format just to get back my icons. I love my icons damnit. And I just can't manage a paid account right now.
So if you check out my page today you may get to see about five or six different layouts. Lucky you. And I really want a pretty new header, a Stargate one, and my arty muse just isn't working for me. I need some wonderful person to do it for me. (sound whiny enough?)
