Chlark Layout

So I have a lovely new layout, complete with a Clark/Chloe banner that I made. I know the wording is a little fuzzy, but I still like it, but I'm not too experienced with graphic making so you'll have to tell me what you think of it, pretty please:) The layout is thanks to amavel_bel and I owe rua1412 a serious debt for her help coding this despite my html ineptitude.  You're too sweet.
